14 Days of Relationship Gratitude
A key to a relationship’s success is the ability of both partners to keep a positive mindset about each other and their relationship. Having more positive interactions than negative helps with relationship stability – and maintaining those loving feelings!
In the spirit of Thanksgiving, I want you to focus on the things you admire and appreciate about your partner. Starting today until Thanksgiving Day, reflect on each day’s exercise and spend a few minutes sharing each of these with your partner. Gratitude is an attitude that can be developed to feel more satisfied and closer to your mate.
